Service Description

This comprehensive two-day Mental Health First Aid Certification course equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. As a certified program of the Mental Health Commission of Canada, this course is aligned with the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and is suitable for professionals across all sectors. Participants will learn how to identify signs of mental illness, provide initial help using the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan, and support individuals until appropriate professional care can be accessed.
